Horizon Realty Advisors (HRA) was formed in February 2001 by three principals: Tim Smith, Director of Acquisitions, Mike Strand, Director of Property Management and Greg Beckel , Director of Operations. Currently, we have over 4,200 units under management and 2900 units of owned multifamily assets. We are seeking to acquire investment grade real estate on the West Coast. Currently, we have 23 buildings predominately located in the Puget Sound area. Assets located outside Washington State consist of 816 units in Salt Lake City, Utah, 784 units in Eugene, Oregon, and 304 student units in Rexburg, Idaho.

HRA is focused on acquiring garden court, 100+ unit properties in high visibility locations in the Western United States , with an emphasis on acquiring properties in the Pacific Northwest and Utah . HRA is an aggressive company with plans to double the size of it's portfolio within 4 years. HRA will focus on larger properties to take advantage of economies of scale. HRA will also target properties that are “under managed” and/or needing rehabilitation. HRA's extensive market experience allows for quick responses to investment opportunities presented.
